At Fine Pack – a renowned European manufacturer of luxury and eco-friendly paper bags – I was tasked with entering the Slovak market, where the company had no previous presence.
I built a new market from the ground up – from segment analysis to the first contracts. I approached dozens of relevant companies, conducted personal meetings, and closed deals. Key clients I acquired for Fine Pack in Slovakia include Teta drogerie SR, dm drogerie markt, O2 Slovakia, and fashion brands such as Ozeta and Otto Berg. Thanks to these activities, I increased the company’s revenue by more than EUR 100,000. At the same time, I contributed to maintaining and developing the Czech client base.

As a co-founder of PeakSolutions, I focused on connecting IT specialists with tech projects for Our B2B clients.
At Peak Solutions, I managed the entire sales cycle – from client acquisition to successfully closing partnerships. We connected dozens of IT contractors with software projects in industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, finance, insurance, esports, and more. As a result, we generated revenues in the range of several million CZK. At present, within Peak Solutions, we focus on developing back office software, where I lead the business agenda from client acquisition through to contract closing.

At Starky's Software, I act as a Sales Consultant focused on market expansion in Slovakia.
Thanks to my acquisition efforts, Starky's Software gained new clients and secured its first business contracts in Slovakia. I introduced companies to the benefits of accounting and finance process automation and helped establish a solid foundation for sustainable business growth in this market.
